Money Flow

Recurring Transactions

How to enable repetition

Any transaction in Money Flow can be scheduled. To do this, create a new one or select an existing transaction and click the Repeat button. Select the desired period, end date, and save the transaction.

On the scheduled days, a new transaction will be created based on the original one. The date of the original transaction will be used as the starting point. For example, if the date of the original transaction is May 12, and you have selected a monthly recurrence pattern, then the next transaction will be created on June 12. Or, if the day of the original transaction is Thursday, then the weekly recurrence will repeat on Thursdays.

Where to find all recurring transactions

All recurring transactions are marked with the corresponding icon in the list. And if you have at least one recurring transaction, there will be a tab on the Transactions screen. By selecting it, you can see them all.

How to turn off repetition

To disable automatic repetition, open the original transaction for which you want to disable repetition. It should be exactly the original transaction marked with the corresponding icon, and not any subsequent one, created on its basis. The easiest way to find it is to open the tab with recurring transactions on the Transactions screen. Open the transaction, tap the Repeat button, select Never and save the transaction. All transactions already created on its basis will remain.

*If you have set up cross-device synchronization, then recurring transactions will only work on the device they were created on. All transactions automatically created on their basis will be synchronized like any other.
